EBARA’s range of intelligent control panels provides the essential electrical automation, safety logic, and multi-pump coordination required to reliably manage water transfer, filtration, and pressurized distribution across modern rainwater harvesting systems.
1. Inverter / Variable Speed Panels (SP Series)
Function: Matches pump motor speed to real-time water demand using pressure transducers.
Harvesting Use: Pressurisation & Site Distribution. Controls the pumps delivering treated rainwater from a central cistern directly to building services (toilets, wash bays, irrigation).
Benefit: Maintains constant, uncompromised line pressure across multiple outlets while dramatically lowering energy consumption and preventing water hammer.
2. Multi-Functional Electronic Panels (EP-PRO & EP MOBILE)
Function: Digital panels automating up to three single- or three-phase pumps via direct-on-line or Star-Delta starting.
Harvesting Use: Dual-Tank Bulk Water Transfer. Manages transfer pumps moving raw water from underground settlement tanks through filtration units into clean-water break tanks.
Benefit: Integrates float switch or level probe logic to automate filling/emptying cycles, featuring smart dry-run protection to safeguard pump motors.
3. Smart Residential Controllers (ESLC / DSLC Series)
Function: Compact, single-phase smart controllers featuring user-friendly touch screens and IP65 weatherproof enclosures.
Harvesting Use: Domestic Submersible Management. Optimised for single-dwelling homes with an outdoor underground rainwater storage tank.
Benefit: Packages critical electrical safety—including overvoltage, overload, and dry-run protection—into a simple, small-footprint layout.
4. Electromechanical & Drainage Panels (EP DOL Series)
Function: Robust, fixed-speed, direct-on-line contactor panels designed for heavy electrical loads.
Harvesting Use: Stormwater Attenuation & Overflow Handling. Controls alternating twin drainage pumps to evacuate excess water during high-intensity storms when tanks max out.
Benefit: Provides industrial-grade reliability; automatically triggers a backup "rescue" pump if the primary unit is overwhelmed or experiences a fault.
5. Alarm Signalling Units (EP WARNING / EP FLASHING)
Function: Dedicated acoustic and visual warning hubs wired directly to float circuits or primary panels.
Harvesting Use: System Fault & Tank Level Reporting. Alerts maintenance teams to critical tank overflow, low-water conditions, or pump failures.
Benefit: The EP WARNING model features an internal backup battery, guaranteeing critical alerts sound even during a building-wide power failure.
